Coach Mo, (Maurice Rene Weaver) Master Trainer and Running Coach has been in the fitness industry for 20 years. Prior to becoming a Coach he was a world ranked Athlete/Runner. Coach Mo has an advanced Personal Training certification, Certified Conditioning Specialist and with his accomplishments as a world ranked runner he uses this knowledge to train and speak to individuals or fortune 500 companies on success through empowerment-wellness. Coach Mo's clients range from the under-conditioned to the elite (professional) athlete. Coach Mo's forte is assisting his clients in making the changes that are necessary to improve their lifestyle and fulfill their potential. Implementing cutting edge training techniques such as PNF stretching, Along with traditional training methods and equipment (free weights nautilus or cables), Coach Mo incorporates Swiss balls and Bosu with other apparatuses (bands medicine balls etc), drills, and exercises to enhance strength, core and stability designed for your unique body and fitness needs. Utilizing these progressive tools in concert with a holistic approach provides the right balance for success. All training includes: Training journal, goal setting and strategy, Bio-mechanical and structural -movement analysis, strength and conditioning evaluation. Measurements and/or body fat are available but optional.
Description of Training Plans
Ultimate Success Training = Basic total body overall fitness goals (lose weight, tone, build strength/ endurance, stability core etc) Rehab/Specialized programs = If you are rehabbing/recovering a specific body area (knee, shoulder etc.)= focus is to restore mobility and functionality / Training for specific sport or event.
Partner Training. Training 2 individuals w/ collaborative exercises for basic total body overall fitness goals (lose weight, tone, build strength/ endurance, stability core etc) and/or training for a specific event (mtn. climbing, race etc.) Small Group Training (3-6) Training 3-6 individuals w/ collaborative exercises for basic total body overall fitness goals (lose weight, tone, build strength/ endurance, stability core etc) and/or training for a specific event.
Youth Training (Under 18) Focusing on self esteem and body imaging with total body overall fitness goals (lose weight, tone, build strength/ endurance, stability core etc)
